Neeraja Rasmussen, Founder and CEO

Neeraja founded Spyglaz because she saw a significant opportunity in the multi-trillion insurance and asset management industries, which have high customer acquisition costs but are poorly served in terms of actionable customer retention solutions. Before founding Spyglaz, she spent 20+ years managing customer retention/acquisition programs for financial services and technology companies such as Franklin Templeton Investments, Intuit, and JPMorgan Chase. She has 10+ years of experience building global teams from the ground up, with hands-on experience developing customer-focused programs for both Fortune 500 and SMB companies. She’s an active advocate/speaker for building diverse ecosystems that recognize the value delivered by women and minority entrepreneurs.

Dr. David Keyes, Data Science Architect

David has played a critical role in defining the data science architecture of the Spyglaz solution and continues to support strategic direction of the future product roadmap.
